This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information collected from business visitors and individual users (“you”) through the Optimum Appliances Website and related non-transactional services (the “Website”). - Enquiries & B2B contact. If you contact us (email, web form, chat, phone) we may collect yourname, business email, phone, company, role, country, and thecontent of your message.
Purpose: respond to enquiries, provide information about our products/services, pre-sales support, and record management.
Legal basis: ourlegitimate interests (responding to and managing business enquiries); yourconsent for optional fields. - Newsletter & marketing subscriptions. If you opt in, we collectname, email, country/region, company/role (as provided).
Purpose: send updates about products, content, events, and offers relevant to B2B audiences.
Legal basis: yourconsent (you can unsubscribe anytime). - Events, downloads & gated content. For event registrations or content downloads (e.g., brochures, spec sheets), we may collectname, business email, company, role, location, interests.

We use analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics,Hotjar) to understand Website usage. Data may include pages viewed, session metrics, events (e.g., form submissions), device/browser info, approximate location, and IP address (with IP anonymisation where configured).
